I sometimes lose count of the photos I'll shoot over the course of a mini shoot session, a wedding, a road trip...I contstantly shoot in my mind even when I don't have a camera. My process for shooting is normally to allow my subjects to guide me and not so much the other way around. I find that gives my clients a real authenticty....which is what I want. Occasionally I take a photo and I know the minute I take it, that it is a PERFECT reflection of me too. If I were to direct ... this image really shows how I see the world ... and is just as much a photo of me as it is of Sophia.
