Perspective

I like to include photos of the wedding day that are taken from the Bride and Groom's point of view. It really allows the imagination to return to the fleeting moments of the day. As the photographer, we are often alone with the bride and groom during different times of the day....(how lucky and special for us since most guests  aren't even afforded this opportunity) These slots of time are usually a moment of quiet during the whirlwind of the wedding. This shot was taken on the horse and buggy ride that I accompanied Erin and Dave on. They had some time to themselves and I rode up front with the driver. The walnut orchards lined the sides of the dirt road & the breeze felt great. I love this image of the horse from the carriage...his mane moving as we trotted towards the reception.
